The 2011 NBA All-Star Game will be live on February 20, 2011 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, home of the Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers. This is an annual basketball exhibition by most prestigious basketball association in the world, the NBA. This is already the 60th year of the NBA All-star and the Clippers and Lakers will serve as the home host. These will the fifth time that the Staples Center hosted the all star game since 2004. Popular artist is said to perform on halftime on the event day. Among that was named was Rihanna, Keri Hilson, and Bruno Mars.
Only few superstars were selected via vote from the big roster of the NBA. Western Conference All-Stars starters will be represented by (Guard) Chris Paul, (Guard)Kobe Bryant, (Forward) Kevin Durant, (Forward) Carmelo Anthony, and (Center) Yao Ming. They will be coached by Gregg Popovich of the San Antonio Spurs.
On the Other hand starting five of the Eastern Conference All-Stars will be composed of G Derrick Rose, G Dwyane Wade, F LeBron James, F Amar'e Stoudemire, and C Dwight Howard. The Eastern team will be lead by Coach Doc Rivers of the Boston Celtics.
